We hired Daphne Edwards to prepare Grandparental Intervention Agreements (we have two grandchildren in NC) in relationship to a nasty divorce my son is going through. We could not have hired a better firm. As the case progresses, she has kept us informed and she (or her staff) are always available to answer our questions and keep us up to date on the status of the case. Initially, I had a good experience with Daphne; however, after I pointed out an error in her billing, she no longer had time for me. She didn't do any work on my case for over a month. Instead, she revised our contract. She would not continue working on my case unless I signed the new contract and gave an additional retainer, even though plenty of money was left from the original retainer.
