I have a Legal Plan benefit at work and needed a lease review for my daughter's off-campus housing. After calling a few in-network attorney offices, i only got voicemails. Fortunately, Atty Coleman's office picked up the call and accepted the document review request. Atty. Coleman is knowledgeable in student housing leases and pointed out red flags and items to be aware of with the lease which is not an NC standard lease. It's a one-sided lease favorable to the landlord. Atty was responsive with our questions and gave us peace of mind that we didn't miss anything on the lease as areas to raise questions, seek clarity and for awareness. I hired Dan Coleman for a custody matter involving my young daughter w/ special needs. Mr. Coleman was very disorganized, distracted, often rude, & generally an unpleasant person lacking the ability to communicate well. Worse still, I entered his office once to find him screaming at & berating an administrative temp! But wait, there's more- Coleman actually had the audacity to advise me that I would need to obtain parental rights so that I could have my child sterilized when she reached puberty!
