5 stars does not even cover how outstanding Maria Testa was in my cases! I came to her in dire straits when my daughter had been taken by her father. Maria jumped into my case head on and slayed in court. She is a force of nature! She is extremely knowledgeable of the law and rules of court. She is very responsive to her clients. I cannot express to you how important that is! She went above and beyond the call of duty. She offered support and guidance when I needed it most. She won the first case which was an emergency hearing and then she won my custody trial! She is phenomenal! Her staff is also wonderful and responsive. There really isn’t enough words to describe how intelligent, knowledgeable, personable she is and her expertise is off the charts. If you need a family law lawyer look no further! Maria is who you need!

To a parent in need of a good attorney, I highly recommend Testa & Pagnanelli. They truly have the best interest of children in mind and at the same time a high regard for equal parenting rights. From the day I met the team, they listened to my story, and they immediately helped to frame it as it pertains to law. Specifically, Enrico Pagnanelli, paid close attention to detail and made me feel like I was in good hands throughout the entire process. He didn't always tell me exactly what I wanted to hear, but it was clear he always had my family's best interest at heart. Enrico's depth of knowledge and experience regarding family law helped us to make fair and firm decisions during a tumultuous time in my life. They were well prepared, aggressive and really fantastic at trial! Because of Testa & Pagnanelli I am enjoying much more time with my son, and he is thriving under our new arrangement, and I am forever grateful.

Hired Attorney Enrico Pagnanelli

Excellent attorneys. I highly recommend Mr. Pagnanelli. He is ethical, reasonable and extremely competent. I hired Mr. Pagnanelli to clean-up the mess created by my previous divorce attorney. After wasting years getting no where in negotiations with my prior attorney (and thousands of dollars), it took Mr. Pagnanelli just a few weeks to quickly and efficiently end my divorce on good terms. I was very happy with the result and with his effectiveness in negotiation.

I can't possibly express my gratitude in a mere 500 characters, as this website indicates I must do. Maria has become a lifesaver for me during a VERY difficult divorce. She is the consummate professional, extends herself outside of her office hours, and goes above & beyond to explain processes. She has an extensive network of go-to people as well & is visibly respected within the court system. She is more than fair in pricing and is worth every penny & then some to get your situation resolved!

Did not listen to my wishes/requests with my custody and support case. Went to court ok am agreenebt with one isssue and the lawyer changed the plan of action and agreement without telling me. Felt like i was being forced to just go with whatever the lawyer said. First time using a lawyer And Hated my decision.
