Hired Attorney Kimberly Staples

Kim is the finest lawyer - is honest, upfront, and responsible. She never leaves you hanging, always answers your questions, you always know where you stand with the court and Kim. Kim backs up her court argument with supporting, appropriate case law. You are never blind-sided with an unexpected result because of the conscientious manner in which she does her job. Kim is first-class in the judgment of character - her clients and her peers. Kim is very clear about cost and expectations.

Ms. Staples was very helpful in explaining both the laws of the state and the consequences of filing bankruptcy. She arranged her schedule so that we could meet on Saturdays which accommodated my work schedule and was always available by phone if needed.

The attorney should have been more persistent in not letting us file the bankruptcy. We were in too high income range to file and should have been told so, instead of allow us to go ahead and file.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
