She is aggressive in a calm way. she does cost but she does what she is asked. She doesn't play games. 5 stars overall. It does take her time to respond but she always prior to any court date and she prepares properly understandable lawyers are busy with other clients.

Hired Attorney Atty. Cristina Mondragon

I felt she and the other lawyer were working together to run up the legal cost. Also she is not prompt at all in her billing and when I changed lawyers she submitted an inflated bill for hours she said she had worked but had not mentioned prior to being dismissed.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
