Hired Law Firm

Attorney O'Malley was completely unprepared for my character hearing with the Board of Bar Examiners. I reached out to him weeks before the hearing asking about calling witnesses on my behalf. All of my emails went unanswered, and he didn't meet with me until the night before. At that meeting he informed me it was too late to call witnesses. When I lost, he told me I couldn't even call witnesses on appeal, and did not tell me I'd have to re take the bar exam if I didn't appeal.
