The biggest mistake I ever made was hiring this lawyer. Long story short, there was a discrepancy in my settlement . Elizabeth Gariepy said I should take the remaining settlement ,pay her , and she said she would continue fighting for the remainder of my money. That never happened . once she was paid her attitude completely changed. I could no longer get ahold of her, she refused to answer my phone calls. After about a year of this, the insurance company called me wondering why I hadn't cashed the insurance check they had sent and is now expired !! I explained to them the situation about my terrible lawyer and how I cant get ahold of her . They apparently called her and she answered and told them she accidently lost the check !!! TO THIS DAY I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY MONEY OR HAD ANY CONTACT WITH HER .
