Hired Attorney

My firm, National Starch LLC, engaged the services of May, Cruz, and Bob May in particular, in connection with an acquisition of a manufacturing business in Mexico. My colleagues and I were thoroughly satisfied with all aspects of this engagement. Bob is what we were looking for in this context, a U.S. lawyer with equal depth, experience and legal qualification in Mexico. Bob is a savvy businessman as well as a sharp and careful lawyer, and his responsiveness left nothing to be desired.

Hired Attorney

Robert May was my outside counsel in Mexico for approximately five years. When my company was acquired, I strongly recommended to the acquirer, who also did business in Mexico, that they consolidate their legal work with Bob's firm. We did business in 40+ countries and Bob was one of the two or three best outside counsel who provided services to us. He is wonderful at understanding the Mexiocan legal environment and how best a non-Mexican (especially a U.S., NYSE company, should relate.
