Hired Attorney

He was my lawyer he made the contract between me and the buy .the buyer put 50 k and we sign the contract it is cash deal then 30 days to close it been 9 month and my lawyer in fever of buyer I told him to notify the buyer he did not it is shame I had other buyers but my other lawyer told me to clear the first deal
