Wotitzky, Wotitky & Young, P.A. is a law firm established in 1940 with an office in Punta Gorda, FL. At this office location, there are 3 lawyers practicing real estate, title insurance, condominium law and 6 other areas of law.

After spending thousands on a case against a builder they simply abandoned me. Finally called back once after many attempts and apologized the assured me they would send letters out to builder and his lawyer then nothing. Contacted numerous times over several months by phone and email and still no response. Asked for my files to be forwarded to me so I could seek new representation and still nothing. Now I have to hire a new attorney and pay him to go after builder and the Wotitzky law firm.
I hired Wotitzky Law firm to do my LLC and file other documents over the years, now they are representing a case against me. Attorney Sturgis/The Wotitzky Law Firm filed mine and my fathers LLC and is the authorized agent on my LLC. They have also worked on many other legal docs throughout the years for myself and my father. Attorney Ross/Wotitzky Law Firm, in the same firm, is disposing me as opposing counsel. In addition, Leo (Ed’s dad) was a family friend for many years. If that’s not a conflict, I don’t know what is. I will be reporting them to the Florida Bar Association as I did not give my consent for them to represent against me. See attached photo for reference.
