Hired Attorney Mr. Jesus Hevia

Mr. Hevia advised my ex wife to file a false DCF report of abuse against me in order to gain the upper hand in a custody battle. Further, Mr. Hevia attempted to gain private protected health information about me to use against me in a court of law. When I explained in court that this information was protected, he stated that because I shared that information WITH MY FATHER, it was no longer protected and I was required to disclose mental health diagnoses in public records.
