So many in Jail due to Kevins claims having the inside knowledge to the legal workings within Punta Gorda & surrounding Counties, when in fact, the Courts & Prosecutors have him in their back pocket. Not only is paperwork poorly handled, but don't be surprised to get legal mail from other clients accidentally mailed to your address & use your case as a bargaining chip representing clients with State Prosecutors. Insensitive & arriving late to many Court proceedings creating unbelievable stress!
Kevin Shirley is the worst attorney I have EVER met, lack of compassion, unprepared, armed with all evidence from client, and NEVER presented the evidence, or probly wouldve won case completely. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. HEARTLESS ATTORNEY.
Kevin Shirley has to be the worst attorney in Charlotte County. Pay him and you get nothing, no consultation, no discovery, no results. He should have been a prosecutor, lazy, worthless, will sell you down the road without a care. Anyone who hires him will get a good screwing. I learned the hard way. Kevin Murphy.
