Jeff and his wife do not know how to manage their firm! They keep a loudmouth angry estate planning assistant who yells at their only associate attorney and a part time estate planning assistant! Who keeps someone like that! Once they get your money and you sign your documents, don't ask for any help! They have NO customer service skills!! So now Jeff fired his only associate (a family member) and he's so bad with time management, so he'll have no time for anyone! Oh, and Jeff and is wife, his Caroline, want to take a whole month off for vacation in New Zealand! But who cares, you can wait! LOL
