Hired Attorney

I hired Wotitzky Law firm to do my LLC and file other documents over the years, now they are representing a case against me. Attorney Sturgis/The Wotitzky Law Firm filed mine and my fathers LLC and is the authorized agent on my LLC. They have also worked on many other legal docs throughout the years for myself and my father. Attorney Ross/Wotitzky Law Firm, in the same firm, is disposing me as opposing counsel. In addition, Leo (Ed’s dad) was a family friend for many years. If that’s not a conflict, I don’t know what is. I will be reporting them to the Florida Bar Association as I did not give my consent for them to represent against me. See attached photo for reference. Rule 1.9-American Bar Association-(a) A lawyer who has formerly represented a client in a matter shall not thereafter represent another person in the same or a substantially related matter
