I am a Contractor for a very well know pick-up and delivery company. One of the delivery trucks was invovled in an accident where the other party was at fault. A police report was filed and the other party did not show proof of insurance but told the officer writing the report that she did. After a few weeks, it was determined that the other party did not have insurance. I spoke with the other party and was told that they would take care of the damages.
