Jim was a very attentive, knowledgable lawyer. He got me through my case without any hiccups and never gave me any unrealistic expectations. In fact, the day he settled my claim, I made out way better than I thought.

You pay for a DUI in one of two ways with time in jail or you get lawyer. They were really nice to deal with in a bad situation.
These mob guys are are not trustworthy. They will rape your life , your rights and your pockets with a smirk. They are guttersnipes and utilize guttersnipes like drug addicts, alcoholic thieves and give them keys to steal as well if they know where you live. They are not civic leaders and neither were their 17th century genocidal ancestors.
Once was a good lawyer now he has falls short on a case that was so easy to clear up. Literally the judge said pick a better lawyer. I feel like I should get my money back he maid it worse. And don't even get me started on his staff. It's sad he reviews his own company. Retire Joe koncilja, let someone that cares take care of Pueblo!!!!
James Koncilja is a poor listener. I feel he has a touch of a God complex. He would not let me explain the situation and literally insulted by intelligence. I feel he really is in need of human relation courses. I feel, a possible visit to a mental psychologist may help him.
