Hired Attorney

I did entrust Scott Weight with a very black and white case: my daughter held hostage by the evil step mother.. a 3rd party which by UTAH code is NOT right. Children belong with their parents. I am the ONLY surviving parent, and even so mr Weight had so little interest, or preparation, or care that he LOST even that case. Now its been 6 mon since I saw or spoke to my daughter, bcs HE never FOUGHT for me. Scott Weight is a walmart Law operation he takes on hundreds of clients, has ZERO compassion, jsut takes the money, and hopes some cases will work out. ANy time I reached out and insisted on assistance, he YELLED AT ME, Called me Impatient, Bothering, and told me to go find someone else! then he QUIT in the mid of the very time sensitive situation destroying all chances for appeal. NEVER EVER TRUST this lawyer! he has NO plans of fighting for you. He will take his money and move on to the next sucker.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
