About Mr. Peter Lence Lattin

Peter Lattin earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Brigham Young University in 2004, where he graduated cum laude in International Studies, with an emphasis in Chinese Area Studies and a Business Management minor. He is a 2008 graduate of the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law where he served as President of the James E. Faust Student Chapter of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society. In 2008, Peter was admitted to the Utah bar and U.S. District Court, district of Utah.

He established his own practice in 2013, prior to coming to Howard, Lewis & Petersen, P.C. He is a member of the Utah Valley Estate Planning Council, and the Wasatch Transactional Inn of the American Inns of Court. He coordinated with the Small Business Development Center in Utah County to establish a free monthly legal clinic in 2014. The clinic serves small business owners and entrepreneurs.

He enjoys back country skiing and cycling. He and his wife are the proud parents of four children.
