Comm Marla R Snow

I sat in Marla Snow’s court and was pleasantly surprised. She was so good at filtering out the lies and getting to the truth. She was incredibly just. She gave fantastic advise to both parties (whether they listened or not). She’s an incredible commissioner.

I loved working with Marla. She got me all that I wanted and more! I am an easy going person, so I just told her what I wanted and she went to work. I felt that I could trust her in this way and didn't feel like I had to check in every other day like with other lawyers I've used. She made my ex's attorney look like he had no idea what he was doing. Having used other attorneys and having come up short every time, Marla was a breath of fresh air. I would recommend her to anyone.

I felt that for the money she was being paid,and I'm not even the one that paid it,it took her an awfully long time to get a simple divorce taken care of.

Commissioner Snow, is a Grade-A Classist and despises pro se litigants. She does not allow space and time for them to review evidence. We also suspect that she is having ex parte's with those who have attorneys. Her unprofessionalism, callousness, and all-around rudeness to those who cannot afford an attorney, or choose to represent themselves. After explaining to her, that the petitioner in the case called and got consultations from multiple firms to create a conflict of interest, she still would not consider hiring a limited representative. Judge Powell, please consider removing her from her seat before she costs you yours.

SHE WAS ASSIGNED TO A MEDIATION COURT CASE. I would not hire her if she was the last person on this earth. I would like to give this a one-star rating, but unfortunately, that is not an option. This woman is as chauvinistic toward men as it gets. She steamrolled over a good guy in court, telling him to shut up and sit down or she would fine him, while his insane, revengeful wife could get up and say whatever she wanted. This Snow woman needs to be removed from office, and I am initiating the war. She is not unbiased and does not care what the man's perspective is.She shouldn't be in this situation. By the way, I am a woman, and she is a discredit to women worldwide. Mrs Snow, you will not only be held accountable for your actions in this recent court case, but I will see to it we have enough signatures to put you on trial and tell you to shut up and sit down. She does not care what he has to say.He is going to end up fighting for his life with her. He is a good man.

My experience with this individual was nothing short of alarming. It is disheartening to witness a professional in such a position behave in an overtly chauvinistic manner, especially one who is meant to facilitate a fair resolution. During the proceedings, I observed her unequivocal bias as she silenced a well-meaning man, demanding he “shut up and sit down” while allowing his vengeful wife to dominate the discussion without restraint. This is not just a failure of mediation; it's a betrayal of the very principles of justice and equality. This mediator's blatant disregard for the man's perspective is unacceptable. Her actions not only undermine her credibility but also the integrity of the court itself. As a woman, I find it particularly disheartening that someone in her position is a discredit to women everywhere,

Horrible!! This was an open and shut case and she failed to take care of me and my children!! Paid out over $10,000 with nothing to show for! The one thing she was good at was making sure she charged me for volunteering to draw up the documents, yet she messed that up as well! I would NEVER recommend her!

Marla Snow is a joke! She practices discrimination in her cases and doesn’t care to hide it. She doesn’t care about the justice system clearly. She’s bias as hell too. She treats the people in her court room like her pawns and not humans, it was disgusting to witness and I do not believe in our justice system because of this single woman.

Uhm… as a commissioner, Ms. Snow, was unfair and even defied the existing divorce decree, berated the defendant, when evidence was shown to the contrary. It was insane and unbelievable. The poor reviews on here are true. Ms. Snow is terribly biased against women. *Full disclosure- I am just witness to Ms. Snow’s ridiculously biased and dishonest rulings, even when full evidence was shared to the contrary. The other two witnesses to the event were aghast that her actions were taking place in a modern-day courthouse in the United States of America.

Commissioner Snow should not be in office. She lacks the ability or knowledge to hear both sides in a case and treats pro se mothers like garbage. She only listens to the side who has an attorney and makes her own opinions about a case rather than looking at the facts. She needs to be removed from having the ability to make decisions that affect children and their wellbeing.
