Hired Attorney

Estrada has been extremely unprofessional at every court hearing for multiple clients. She makes no efforts to communicate with her clients, ridicules them in front of the judge during hearings, openly admits to not giving her clients court hearing information or speaking to her clients and then states "Are you really asking me that? *laughs*" when the judge asks if she'd like to request more time for her client to appear prior to filing a non-bail warrant for arrest, basically advocating for warrants to be filed. She has been seen being being over-dramatic with her head on the desk while speaking to the judge, eating cookies during court, being disrespectful and creating disturbances in the courtroom during other hearings, downtalking victims, and does not care about the outcome of her clients cases or respecting the court decorum. If you experience anything similar, please do not feel scared to report her behaviors or overall professional conduct as it should be brought to light.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
