I loved that she contacted me first so quickly after being appointed my public defender. She explains exactly what she needs from you to help your case without feeding you a bunch of best case fluff. She tells you exactly what you’re doing wrong & how to rectify it with the judge. She returns calls & messages w/o having to contact her a dozen times before doing so. She can read people well & without actually ever being in the same room w/ me was able to pickup on my flaky memory & at the end of our conversations, she goes over everything in summary & makes sure I’m writing down what I need to get ready for my case before the judge hears my case again. She’s by far one of the best, if not the best, attorney I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Which is amazing considering she’s a public defender!
