I would not respond to emails and was not reachable when I really needed him. Not a father's rights advocate either. I am now back in court spending thousands of dollars trying to get more time. His advice in my original mediation, after he got frustrated with her lawyer was "I can't stand that guy, just give her the time for now and we will take care of it later." I ended up with the minimum time. I was young and was given the impression that was a good thing in Utah. I later found many had been achieving 50/50. If you are a father look somewhere else.
One word can sum up Jason M. White as a lawyer, and it is- LAZY. {para}Didn't keep his word. Charged me for ridiculous things. I had to go to another lawyer to accomplish what Jason White failed to do. What a waste. {para}His business is run by him and his wife. I wish I knew that before I paid him... Family run law firms? Seems like some kind of joke...
