Hired Attorney Jacob Gunter

I hired Jake because I witnessed his ability to do his job and do it well. Every once in a while you'll see an Attorney in Court that has total confidence in what he does. Jake glows in the courtroom. All the staff like him and the Judge seems to agree with anything he says. And what he says has been thought out and holds up in debate. Honest and ethical, which are sadly rare qualities among many attorneys today. I would certainly recommend HL&P in Provo, and in particular their partner and former congressman Ernest Istook. Outgunned and outspent, Ernest single-handedly WON BOTH my cases over nearly 3 years against an opposing team of four lawyers. Victory and success speak volumes.

Hired Attorney Jacob Gunter

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with an attorney. He’s very happy to take your money and do the absolute minimum to represent you. I had a minor charge that was offered a plea of abeyance by the prosecutor. Mr Gunter failed to relay to me the correct details associated with the plea and then he didn’t even show up for the hearing. His office at least refunded my money but that was only after I showed the receipts by way of emails that showed Mr Gunter didn’t even provide me with the correct information before failing to show up at my hearing. He’s arrogant and rude on top of the fact.
