"At first, I was very apprehensive concerning my case in regards to obtaining legal Counsel. I'm glad I did. I took the time to speak with an attorney at Havens Law in a free consultation where my options were laid out. Attorney William Nebeker explained in detail the process my case would go through. He made it pain-free and clear to understand. I no longer was apprehensive about my case. In the end, Havens Law successfully maximized my benefits while mitigating my consequences, and did so with
Very grateful for what Will did for us. He is a great guy and handled everything wonderfully. I would recommend the services of Havens law. I had a great experience and everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
My son was falsely accused of a crime he did not commit. We did not have an attorney, and did not know of one to call. I got online and by the grace of God found William Nebeker. He is with Haven's Law. As we went from court date to court date we got to know Will better and better, he proved what an excellent attorney he is. He goes above and beyond, if you need him, he is there to help, and his office staff is awesome! I highly recommend William Nebeker if you need an attorney.
After 9 long months trying to get my lawyer to get my divorce done, I decided to talk to Will Nebeker at Haven's Law. Will was able to get my divorced finalized in just 3 weeks! I spent 15k with my previous lawyer, and had zero results. I spent 2k with Haven's law! I've worked with many other law firms and I've never met a lawyer like Will. He does not have the typical lawyer mentality. He is honest, and only wants to meet the needs of his clients, and get the best possible outcome.
I was really glad that Will was my attorney. I knew he was in my corner. Going to court can be a scary thing and he was great at explaining what would happen.
Will was highly recommended by his former client. He explained things very well and made me feel confident in his work, but when it came to service he was lazy, depressed from his personal problems and wouldn't show up for work, scattered, unorganized, incomplete and completely incompetent! The fees were less than most overpriced attorney's but at the end of the day I got what I paid for - cut rate service. If you're looking for cheap, Haven's law is the place, but don't expect much.
After talking to different lawyers I hired William Nebeker because he sounded the best by far. He is excellent at selling himself. I was concerned about a few bad reviews he had but they were older and I hoped he had improved or that they were just angry clients. My case was worked on slowly and then his assistant just ignored my follow up emails. When I finally decided to fire him, they responded. They begged for another chance. I regret giving him another chance. If you like the way he talks great, but be ready to have your case dragged out repeatedly. Your case is just there for William to work on if he needs more hours. He will set his own pace and drain your retainer because he has to re-review your case and have you update it. And even then he will make huge mistakes that destroy the credibility of you and your case. When you have had enough he will want to talk to you so he can bill you for that too. Don't get sucked in, it's a dream that quickly becomes nightmare.
I hired Will after my daughter’s father did not Return my 4 year old daughter. He told he was going to file all this paperwork to get my daughter back. I have primary custody of my daughter and didn’t think it would be hard to get her back. I would call and email William and i would not hear back from him. After a full month of not seeing my daughter or evening hearing how she was doing i decided to call the court house to see if William had filed anything. He did 2 days prior to me calling but what he filed was rejected because he filed it completely wrong and just copied and pasted what i had emailed him. He waited a month to file anything. I would call and email his assistant to let her know i needed my daughter.I trusted him and he just took my money. After i called the court house i was so Distraught that i quit my job to go find another lawyer. I quit at 2:pm got a new lawyer at 3:00pm my new lawyer filed everything at 3:45pm and had her back 7pm. Please don’t go to Will.
At first when talking with William Nebecker over the phone about my situation, he made it sound like he wanted to help and told me it should all be expunged in 3 months. I went to him in February and he wasn't there, instead his incompetent Secretary Tara said fill out the contract and pay $500. She wanted more money and I pointed out to her everything I paid was what I agreed to in the contract! William isn't working on it, someone else is? No answer or return calls. October and still not done.
