Hired Attorney

Mr. Facemyer was recently my public defender. He was very respectful as well as doing an excellent job with my case. I don't know what his fees are so I could not give a rating for that. If I ever find myself in need of an attorney I will definitely give him a call.

Mr. Facemeyer represented my son for charges of property destruction that happened at a specialized school for autism during a time of medication changes. Usually a school like that would send a child to the ER to stabilize, instead they called the police, charged him with a felony. Mr. Facemeyer worked with us to explain the process and what we could provide to help. He talked to the prosecutor multiple times and was able to get him to drop the case when he normally would not drop it. He also told us how he would talk to our son if it went to a hearing and he was compassionate and understanding and calming. I would trust him with legal needs in the future.
