Timothy P. Lynch is a partner at Marasco & Nesselbush. Since 2010, Tim has devoted his practice to serving individuals suffering from personal injuries. Timothy graduated cum laude from Northeastern University in 2007 and magna cum laude from New England School of Law in 2010, where he served as an editor of the Law Review. He is admitted to the practice of law in the United States District Court, District of Rhode Island and District of Massachusetts. Timothy is a member of the Rhode Island Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice. He was recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2020 and 2021.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database.
