I received a letter from their office regarding an auto accident. I called the number that was listed on where it says call if you have any questions. I called three times within the 3-4 business days. The lady who answers the phone said the person who’s in charge of my case was in a meeting at first and she was going to have someone contact me same day which never happened even 2-4 days had past. I gave up calling them because of the lady who answers the phone is very rude and she doesn’t even say thank you or you are welcome at all when you give her some information, she directly hangs up the phone. Staff seemed so unprofessional.
