Mark H. Grimm is a parnter with Marasco & Nesselbush, more than 40 years of experience.
Mark helps clients who, through no fault of their own, have suffered life-altering injuries. He strives to help individuals and their families receive the compensation they deserve, while at the same time making sure those who were careless are held accountable for their actions. Mark believes that he and the other attorneys at Marasco & Nesselbush genuinely care about their clients and work hard to, first and foremost, take great care of their clients.
Mark has successfully litigated numerous civil cases, obtaining multiple million-dollar recoveries on behalf of clients. He is the author of the chapter “Creating a Discovery Plan” in the professional reference book, “A Practical Guide to Discovery and Depositions in Rhode Island” (2010).
Mark graduated with honors from Brown University in 1980 and from Boston College School of Law in 1984. He also served as an Adjunct Professor in Medical and Legal Malpractice at Roger Williams University. He is admitted to the practice of law in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, the United States District Court and the United States Court of Appeals. Mark is a respected member of the Rhode Island Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Rhode Island Association for Justice and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Additionally, Mark has been named to the Thomson Reuters list of Super Lawyers based on peer recognition and professional achievement and named a “Best Lawyer” and “Lawyer of the Year ” in 2022 by the U.S. News & World Report.
