In April of 1999, Joseph P. Marasco and Donna M. Nesselbush joined hands as partners to establish the Rhode Island law firm of Marasco & Nesselbush. Today, their unwavering friendship, old-fashioned work ethic, their commitment to each other and to the pursuit of justice, all continue to propel the firm. In 1999, Joe and Donna established the firm with just one legal assistant. Blessed with success, Marasco & Nesselbush has grown impressively over the years, today boasting eight accomplished attorneys and over 20 dedicated support staff.

I cannot say enough about this wonderful law firm. I was very stressed about my social security case until I went to Marasco & Nesselbush. The great staff and knowledgeable attorneys took all my worries away. They did everything. And one day out of the blue I received my award letter!

Very dishonest with me never answers my questions with honesty i am not happy at all and they are always on that same direction and same page clearly and then became a judge to wiretap my phone lines and very racist and will talk down to you and will pay everyone around you and could honestly care less about your well being although it is advertised and will just work against you and not for you. I have heard the same story from one of team members over and over again for a very long time now its like they withhold what they may have already received in a trust fund set up under their name to then pass down to you but then never pass it down to you I even get followed most of them work in police dept or have family who work within and clearly now a judge.

Did not call me back after promising a follow up call. Took down minimal information and told me they could not help me. I did not even get a chance to speak to an attorney directly. I find it hard to believe the receptionist is experienced enough to know if I have a case or not. I was not offered the free consultation they advertise. Extremely poor customer service. I would not recommend contacting Marasco and Nesselbush unless you would like to wait 2-3 weeks for a simple call back.
