Hired Attorney

Did not call me back after promising a follow up call. Took down minimal information and told me they could not help me. I did not even get a chance to speak to an attorney directly. I find it hard to believe the receptionist is experienced enough to know if I have a case or not. I was not offered the free consultation they advertise. Extremely poor customer service. I would not recommend contacting Marasco and Nesselbush unless you would like to wait 2-3 weeks for a simple call back.
