Although the initial interview was very promising - the latter stages of the suit were not. I was assigned a "part time" associate that worked the most unavailable hours possible. He was not very interested in the case, could never remember my name, and did nothing above and beyond accept collect his fee.

The case in particular regarded my child being burned at the child care facility that she was attending. Mr. Gemma was void of empathy and very curt with me at all times. He did not return my calls within a reasonable time frame.

Hired Attorney Peter Gemma

There is no communication. I have probably spoken to a person four times within a year. I still have no idea what is going on. We had picked someone else for the case but they put us with Peter Gemma. I will never work with them again. I was warned by a few friends not to do it but I didn't listen. It is to late now so I will stick it out till the end.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
