If you are simply wanting an attorney to handle a nominal (uncontested) divorce, this lawyer may be able to handle your case. If there is anything complicated in the least, do not expect positive results. This lawyer will fleece you on filing motions that are fruitless and drag you case out for no greater reason than lack of experience and lack of general knowledge. Complete lack of regard for a client's time. Strongly recommend you stay away from this lawyer if you are handling family law.
I am not happy with Elisha Morris at all! A guardian ad litem did all of the work for her and she STILL took my entire retainer. Court was constantly canceled and instead of calling me to inform me, I had to constantly email her to check the status. Elisha then charged me $75.00 for each email!! I didn't even get the terms that I had originally hired Elisha for! Do yourself a favor and get a more competent attorney.
