My focus areas are car accidents, truck accidents, bike accidents, slip and fall accidents and general negligence. I have lived in the Rhode Island and Massachusetts area my entire life. I graduated from Brown University located in Providence, R.I. While at Brown, I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Public Policy and American Institutions. Upon graduation from Brown University I then received my Juris Doctorate degree from the Roger Williams University School of Law. Immediately after graduation and passing the Bar Examination in Rhode Island, I then opened my own legal practice and have been at it ever since. I am admitted to the Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut and Florida Bars as well as the Federal District Court for Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

David went above and beyond for my mother after she was hit by a drunk driver. Not only did he provide stellar legal advice, but he was also assisted with several medical decisions. David was available both day and night and provided support not only for my mom, but for the entire family as well. He made what was a difficult time in our family, something that was manageable. He handled all communication with insurance compa and the appropriate parties so that our family could focus on recovery.

From the very first phone conversation David was the most professional person to deal with and always made us feel like he really cared not only about our case but also that we were going to be ok. He was great at making sure the insurance companies and Doctors we’re providing us everything we needed. If you get in a car accident I would highly recommend speaking to David for a consultation, we talked to several other Law Firms before we were referred to David and felt hopeless until that call.
