Hired Attorney Artin Coloian

Extremely poor customer service. I have a very simple case that has taken three years still no payment from the defendant insurance company. If your case is a simple one with a smaller payout, I would recommend using a different firm. My disdain for this law firm and Artin Coloian stem from the fact that initially I had to gather all the necessary documentation, including medical records. All they have done for me in the form of service is submit them to the requisite insurance company. Since that time getting a response from them to ascertain a status of this case has been very difficult at best. On at least three occasions I was promised a call back and none was ever received. Several emails have also gone unanswered. The worst part is that I was recommended to this firm by a friend and was not expecting such poor customer service when all they have had to do was make one filing and a follow up phone call to the company representative. Please do not use this firm.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
