Ashley Hornstein is a civil litigator who represents people and families in complex matters involving toxic exposure, product liability, and religious institutional accountability. She has over a decade of experience advocating for children diagnosed with lead poisoning, pursuing claims against property owners for unsafe housing conditions, and representing victims of asbestos exposure who suffer from serious diseases, including mesothelioma and lung cancer.
In addition, Ashley has a key role in the firm’s GLP-1 litigation, representing individuals who have suffered significant injuries associated with medications such as Ozempic and Mounjaro .
