About Alicia Carol Bianco

Alicia is a dedicated associate personal injury attorney with Marasco & Nesselbush, having a passion for advocating on behalf of individuals who have suffered personal injuries or medical malpractice. A magna cum laude graduate of Roger Williams University School of Law in 2015, Alicia ranked 14th in her class and began her legal career with a steadfast commitment to helping those in need.

During law school, Alicia gained invaluable experience working with a prominent plaintiff’s medical malpractice firm in Rhode Island. It was there that she witnessed the transformative impact a skilled and compassionate attorney can have on clients during some of the most challenging moments of their lives.

Following graduation, Alicia was honored to clerk for the Rhode Island Supreme Court clerk pool, where she refined her legal skills and developed a deep understanding of complex legal issues. She then joined a medical malpractice defense firm, representing hospitals and physicians. This experience provided Alicia with a comprehensive understanding of how these cases are defended, allowing her to bring a unique perspective to her work as a plaintiff’s attorney.

In addition to her litigation experience, Alicia spent five years practicing real estate and business law, helping clients in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut achieve their goals and secure their futures. While she valued the opportunity to guide clients through important milestones, Alicia’s passion for making a tangible difference in the lives of those affected by negligence ultimately brought her back to personal injury and medical malpractice litigation.

At Marasco & Nesselbush, Alicia is committed to standing by her clients during their most vulnerable times, offering not only legal expertise but also empathy and understanding. She takes pride in helping clients navigate the legal process, ensuring they feel supported and empowered as they seek justice and the best possible outcomes for themselves and their families.

Following her graduation, Alicia had the honor of clerking for the Rhode Island Supreme Court clerk pool, which further honed her legal acumen. Alicia’s passion for litigation led her to a medical malpractice defense firm, where she deepened her understanding of the complexities of medical malpractice law.

Seeking greater client interaction and a desire to diversify her practice, Alicia spent the subsequent five years in real estate and business law. In this capacity, she dedicated herself to helping clients in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut achieve their goals and secure their futures.

Alicia’s enduring drive to support clients in their pursuit of justice and her unwavering desire to make a tangible difference in their lives led her back to litigation.
