Mike Conte was the best divorce attorney I utilized. I had three attorneys (just one divorce). The first was, I felt, incompetent and not focused on my case. The second drained me of almost all my funds and was afraid of the opposing counsel. Mike was hired after my divorce to help with ongoing alimony related negotiations. Mike was very strategic and analytical, and recognized not only the "rabbit hole" we could have entered and never come out, but also the toll that this process was having on me physically and emotionally. He suggested a "Buy Out" of my divorce decree, which resulted in a one-time payment to rid myself of ever having to deal with my Ex or an attorney again. Mike could have had me spend a lot more money with him, and his law firm, but he suggested what he thought was the best outcome for me. I have always appreciated the decency he exhibited, as well as knowledge of the "system". I recommend that Mike be considered as your counsel.
