Hired Attorney

Mrs. Mann made a lot of promises to receive the retainer fee. After that initial consultation, she only met me for 5 min in the lobby of the courthouse prior to the hearing. There were two continuances and she did not notify me of a time change on one nor the day of the other. She did not listen to my complaint. She made a lot of assumptions on my part. All I got for nearly $1000 was 2-3 phone calls to my ex attorney from her, 1 letter and 1 5 min. court appearance to get it continued.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
