Hired Attorney

I believe this attorney is completely incompetent.The score is not spiteful. I informed Ms. Ahern from the beginning, and repeated numerous times, that I wished to do all legal research personally as well as any work that would normally be given to a paralegal, as I have experience and education in the field. She went ahead and did work she was specifically told not to, and charged me for it. I informed Ms. Ahern from the beginning I was seeking my attorney fees. After my retainer was depleted she said she did not believe we could recover my attorney fees (she was wrong). Failed to depose a key witness and missed vital deadlines, blaming the court administrator for her own failure to follow RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE. She lost my case, and she was busted for DUI and removed in the final days.
