A very fine man who made the whole process not as stressful I thought it would be. He is a honest compassionate person who can be trusted.
He followed up after it was over wanting credit reports, so that he could fix any inaccuracies to raise our score. I was very impressed.
He did not completely communicate the whole process to me from the begining. His staff was not very effecient at letting you know what documents to have. It took several trips to his office to provide documents. He did not provide any guidence about foreclosure and how the process worked, just left me hanging in limbo. I had to force him to expedite the filing process. He was going to leave me to the mercy of my creditors for more than three months if I hadn't pushed him to file.
no service, but lip service, no results, after three and one half months, got mad when I ask a question on any progress of our case. always my fault for no progress. by the way he was paid in full.
If only there were times in life you could go back and make better decisions. I feel like my decision to have this guy represent me was one of the biggest mistakes I have made. I feel like I'm worse off now than the day I met him. Not worth the time or the money.
