A snake. Check AZ Bar Association for formal complaint lodged against the most unprofessional person we have ever dealt with. Over 30 pages of allegations and findings; interesting reading. He agreed with the findings any yet is allowed to practice law in Arizona. Avoid unless you enjoy wasting money and being constantly degraded by this arrogant and sorry excuse for a human being.
Mr. Mull did not try to do anything for which he was hired, instead, he seemed to be on the side of my opponent. He yelled at me and told me that he would NOT go to court even though that's what I hired him to do. He charged A LOT of money for absolutely nothing.
Waste of money and time. John Mull argues the opposing party's case, denies communications, and lacks perspective of family circumstances. He responded to client emails providing updates on information regarding the case, then later denies receiving those emails. He did not update the court appropriately with client information and did not submit the correct requests to the court per his client. He will not use proper evidence to prove his client's case, rather makes excuses on his way to the bank with client money.
