I filed a motion to relief from automatic stay through Allen Barns and Jons as my tenant filed chapter 11. The case was complicated. I worked with Cody Vandewrecker incoporated with Allen Toms. Cody and Tom had a deep knowledge and rich experience to process my case.They were very kind and available to pick up the phone call when urgent. Tom is quite knowledgeable about bankruptcies and the system. He has a fabulous, talented team (Sherry, his paralegal, is amazing) who worked very hard for us. When our trustee had not closed our case within the "allotted" timeframe, I was quite upset. Tom advised me (on more than one occasion) to be patient and hang in there. I took his advice and the trustee ultimately closed our case without a settlement 2 1/2 years after the original filing. Thank you, Tom!
