Hired Attorney

Before retaining Mr. Hodge, Mr. Hodge told me it would be $2500 to represent me for a motions hearing, the first thing coming up in the case. When the case was dismissed at the motions hearing, Mr. Hodge took the entire $5,000 retainer I had given him to represent me for the entire case, even though he had told me it would only cost $2500 to handle that first hearing! Mr. Hodge was well prepared. Just make sure you get limitations on costs spelled out in as much detail as possible!!!

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
