This lawyer gave me an estimate of $1k to $2.5k to work out a real estate statutory warranty deed from a family members death. This was required on 2 pieces of property, he in turn only finished on 1 of the properties and charged me $5k and failed to negotiate anything in my favor and cost me an additional $5.5k to pay for the property above and beyond the previous negotiated price. Then told me not to worry we could work out the other piece. That would have been addition amount of money on the $5k he charged me. He got belligerent with me when I told him I was completely dissatisfied with his whole process. Through the process he would call me in and ask me repetitive questions that had no bearing on the case and had been asked in previous meetings. and charge me for it. He wanted to know my family tree 3 times and took 20 to 30 mins each time. What a waste. Do not get locked in with this guy he will charge you far to much and not get any results. This was completely regrettable.
