Would I recommend? Hell no! They are a rip-off. Don't waste your money. They don't communicate at all throughout the entire process. They show up, late and tell you nothing. You'd get the same, if not better results with a public defender. They also like to make you feel like a criminal when you complain about the lack of communication. God forbid something comes up after conviction, they want to charge you another 2500. STAY AWAY!!!!!!
Transferred file to another attorney, agreed to $250 per hour, but last bills showed $300 per hour, reported firm to the Ninth Judicial District Grievance Committee. Never received written proposals from opposing counsel, hardly saw any financial documents from defendant, never questioned discrepancies at deposition. Paid $125 per hour for paralegal to copy papers to electronic format. Excellent salesperson, but do not waste your hard earned money on what consider extremely poor representation.
Once we paid her, we never got to talk to her again...We only dealt with the Jr Atty. The one time I saw her at court, she was rude. Completely different person when she is selling her services. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
