Hired Attorney

Kelly Brady is possibly the worst lawyer in Dutchess County. Because of her mediocre representation, my family situation was made worse than it needed to be. The law firm itself is poorly managed, for example,I had a critical question the day before appearing in court and Ms. Brady was out and I was allowed to speak to another attorney who basically said that she couldn't help me because Kelly was out of the office!Thousands of $$ I still had no resolution whatsoever,and had to get a new lawyer.

She has no idea what she is doing, she is a loud mouth person who has to speak loud to think she is correct. She has put my kids safety in jeopardy several times. The courts shouldn’t allow her to represent anymore. She should be ashamed of her. She has bad judgment on her clients and fights a fight for herself and not the children. The loud person in the room with that always thinks they’re correct.

she is suppose to be helping the child but she had NO idea what is really going on--the father of the child has Kelly so turned around that she can't see straight--she thinks he is great--she does not know that he made the child spend his allowance on his own Xmas gifts,he made a half naked video of his girlfriend & made his son watch it(the whole time exclaiming Hey my girlfriend is hot!doesn't always let the boy talk to his mother on the phone(he's suppose to) Kelly is not being professional
