My husband and I had hired another law firm to help us in filing bankrutcy. We had paid the firm in advance to fille the case, however, four months had gone by and the law firm had done anything. I called Ross, Quinn & Ploppert office and Joseph sent me an e-mail with a date and time to discuss our situation. I explained where we were, he gave me the advice I needed to request a refund on the money we had paid the other firm. Attoreny Joseph then took on our case for the same amount the other firm charged us, which was a loss to his firm. Within a few weeks Joseph, Zach and other members of the team had filed our case and within two months later the case was finalized. Talk about stress free solutions, this team was the best. I would recommend them to any one.

Hired Attorney Jason Ploppert

As a Marine Corps veteran with both physical and mental health challenges, I turned to this firm for help. After months of hope and prep, they dropped me just weeks before my hearing. I felt completely abandoned. Their explanation boiled down to how my doctors worded things—not the reality of my suffering, nor the truth of my story. I wasn’t looking for pity. I needed an advocate. Someone to believe in me when the system didn’t. Instead, I was left to start over alone. For a veteran, that cuts deep. I hope they realize just how much their decisions affect real lives.

Hired Attorney Jason Ploppert

I made a claim in January I never herd from no one they said they called me that was a lie I got a paper from the social security office saying they would go threw the the lawyer they were not talking to me then I get a call from the lawyers office saying they closed my claim because I never answered them on the phone but I can’t answer when they don’t call they send me papers for my dr to fill out and he did I sent them back again no reply nothing so they dropped me well I think this is poor judgment u don’t treat people like this so no I do not recommend them the lady was very rude

These lawyers are the worst at SSDI. I stated the process in March 2021. They did not submit my paperwork until July. Getting in touch with them is a real hassle. No help at all. Very disappointed. Should have done more research or submitted the documentation myself. Do not use them. Waste of time..
