Dave deserves 100 stars. He represented me, a witness, in a domestic case that should’ve never even been a case. With his help, the case was dismissed. As soon as you meet Dave you know he will take care of you. It's obvious to see that he has a genuine interest in taking care of his clients. His smooth courtroom skills are great to watch. Lawyers will try to tell you how great they are and how you will win. Dave takes it one step further. He shows you how great he is from day 1 by giving you real advice. I can honestly say he's one of the few that you can trust and isn't going to take your money and run. His fees are reasonable and he worked with me. I have recommended Dave to everyone I know and will continue to do so.
I went thru several attorneys. Dave was the only one i found who could keep me from a 10 year prison sentince. He fought hard and he won big. I was able to maintain my freedom because of him. David helped my boyfriend in a very unfair case against him. He worked diligently to defend and protect his character. He cares deeply about his clients, and I could tell from meeting him that he is extremely honest and will fight for what’s right. My boyfriend was facing 5 years in prison all for what boiled down to miscommunication, and Dave worked his magic and got only 3 years of probation. I would and have recommended him to anyone. He’s wonderful.

I would not let this guy try to get my dog out of the pound. He actually called me the night before a support hearing and told me it was kind of out of his way, and get this; told me he would call me an hour before the scheduled hearing and tell me what to do. Said it's easy, I could do it. If that's not enough didn't even call.
Strategically ignored my calls before court and landed me on probation for the rest of my life for a crime I did not commit and for which I had receipts. Do not recommend this guy at all. Wanted to do everything in cash and fought me about receipts. Stereotypical sleezeball attorney.
