I can't say enough about this guy. In the beginning I was a worry wart due to the unknown but Paul was able to calm me down and make me understand how the process works. He actually gives you his cell phone number!!! He answered my texts on Sundays, Saturdays, daytime...night time...if he was busy he'd let me know and would get back to me.
