I had a divorce case that included children. I was in a bind and Jenna worked with me to get things going. I could see that she actually cared. Jenna has done absolutely nothing in over a year and a half. Will not respond to emails, texts, voicemails, you name it. She was recommended to us by a different lawyer who was too busy to take our case as well as family friends, but after almost two years of nothing, I wouldn’t recommend her at all.
Jenna was recommended by another attorney that was too busy. We have a basic guardianship case with consent by both family members. She took our money and has done nothing. She can't be reached and has done nothing in 10 months. She has no business practicing law on behalf of the welfare of children.

It’s hard enough to find good help when I’m not in the same city but Jenna has given me no counseling, no communication, no updates, no emails, no answers to my calls or texts. She has only requested for more money and expects me to feel confident sending more money!? I’m asking for a virtual meeting and nada. She has no website. No answering service. Nothing helpful and I already paid her and feel like instead this is a scam. She has only ever responded to emails maybe twice and still never moves anything forward for me, can I get a freaking meeting time? I needa fair trial and have wasted months getting no direction as to what is best for me and my son. Supposedly she was a district attorney and this is terrible value for my money In trying to win a fair custody trial.
